There is also broad spectrum reporting.  Management reporting helps to get a full picture of your account as a company and will provide companywide balances and fuel purchases to help you see the bigger picture.  If you have fleet management software, many of these reports can simply be downloaded into the software to save you the time and hassle of having to enter it all by hand.  Great reporting is an incredible strength to help you manage your fleet the best way possible.  Fleet cards were set up to help provide you the information you need to make sound business decisions and keep fleet costs under control and within your budget.  Consider fleet cards when looking for new management tools.
